wel it looks like its dieing to me thats problem
pots heavey so plenty feed in it got more light then it needs

Maybe over watering, Try securing the stems upright and just leaving it a couple days with a fan circulating air near them. this will help dry out the soil to eliminate over watering as the cause.

av had me mate doing them cos av been working away a told him when the light water them he ses he hasent over waterd them about a liter every 5 days

tell him dont water them until the dirt on top is dry and the pot feels light

Best way i go about watering is letting the soil dry up, push my finger down the edge of the pot about a inch or 2 and if its still dry i water.

Water by eye and feel and all should be better in the suture.
