Cool humid air and poor circulation. The spores are really everywhere, you just don't want to provide them a good home. Lots of airflow helps.

And watch that your lights off RH isn't spiking.

Cool humid air makes sense since I pretty much live next to a marsh .... What is rh?

You're exchanging fresh air too right? You should get a hygrometer to measure RH. Or a temp monitor with it.
