Would this work?

a crossbreeze helps. there is no air getting in there! you'd need ventilation holes, drainage holes, a way to get to the plant sides, (I don't see it working that well) a fan blowing across the leaves...white walls inside to reflect light...

the biggest issue i can think of is venting the heat from the light out, and some venting to get fresh air in.. you wouldnt have to worry about drainage too much if you have a pot in there with like a liner under it (plastic pot liners to catch the runoff from the holes at the bottom are like a dollar something). but you could mount your light to the inside of that lid. theres plenty of height for the plant, and since its thick plastic you wouldnt give off any light at all really so it could be pretty stealthy

i think you could pull it off, if you do i wanna see some pics heh

edit, about what faralos said, for reflection you could either paint the inside of it white (spraypaint or paint sprayer maybe?) or use some mylar, either one is gonna take you a bit of time... i dunno about getting to the plant sides tho...maybe have something attached to the pot so you could raise it out?...just thinkin...
