Would This Work?

Okay thanks for your opinion I'd like to see a response from someone who has bought one or has looked around my price range first :)
 
i wouldnt use that janky ass tool. i have when i first started growing years ago. doesnt work well.get your self a bag of gud soil that is ph buffered. get a 10 dollar ph test kit with the drops. ph of bottled water should be 7
 
if your going to use bottled water might as well go get a hydrologic stealth 100 reverse osmossis for 180 bucks. then you got all the water you will ever need
 
Okay, well I don't have $180 to spend and wouldn't it be more of a waste of money to keep buying ph test kits?

i wouldnt use scotts. im talking about fox farm soils oceans forest happy frog black gold roots organic. all of those i have tryed first hand. roots organic is my favorit

if your going to use scotts i think you will have a problem with drainage. not alot of peralite in those types of soils. get another bag of soil and when your plant has sucked up and is lite transplant it in the gud soil in a bigger pot
 
if its just to grow some smoke i geuss it really doesnt matter as long as you harvest and have fun doing it. thats the most important part

I've spent about $50 and figure about $20 in electric bill. I will be selling all I grow, I need the money. Once I make SOME profit I want to buy the expensive soil and everything. I have this soil and miracle grow potting soil. Head's sell for $20 a gram but there shitty heads around here, so I figure I can sell for about $25/g. I'd prefer to stick with scotts soil because I was going to grow my other plant in the miracle grow premium potting soil and see which got the most. i would start to ph your water as soon as possible. if your looking to sell it get a 8oz bottle of humboldt gravity. its 12 dollars. you will be glad you did
