first of all never grown indoor and i sont know shit about lights ect. i am just tryna get these through until temps are right outside. was wondering id this bulb would work from seed to mis veg

You would have to move it to within inches of the plants otherwise they will 'stretch' to the light. Look in the CFL section under Indoor growing to see how others are sing those CFL bulbs.

Household LED bulbs will do the job better. In my area the best deals are at Family Dollar. Removing the plastic globe makes them even brighter. I use a clip and just tighten until it about pops off , a slight twist and they are off.

What type of lumens per bulb? Thanks.

The 60 watt equivalent bulbs are 800 lumens and the 100 watts are 1500.
