Would this led light work?

Definitely a work in progress....as it always is....

Light upgrade, soil upgrade, cabinet upgrade, pot upgrade = Lifestyle upgrade...

I don't have 3,000 to put into a led system they have a pretty nice 300w led setup on there! I'm in the range of about $150! Thanks for all the advice and for not being a smart ass! I will get to reading! Thanks again it looks like I would have screwed up pretty bad!
