Would this CFL be sufficient for a full microgrow?

Im planning a microgrow using one cutting on rokerij cheese under 12/12 from day 1 (It will be all rooted and in a little pot when i recieve her My cab is 28" high, 18" with and 12" deep. Using LST method, would this be sufficient for the job? I'm not sure how good the dual spectrum is supposed to be but that was the option I though would be best!

Well I'm running 210w at the moment in a 4ftx4ftx2ft space, but adding another 110w tomorrow, I'm also running at 20/4.

Sure, a single 200w bulb will be sufficient, but I would suggest spreading the wattage across multiple smaller bulbs if your space allows. You'll be able to move the bulbs around to cover specific areas of the plant. Also, those dual spectrum bulbs are not the best. They split the spectrum distribution evenly across the bulb; red tube, blue tube, red tube, etc.. rather than the kind of ratio you need (more 6400k during veg, and more 2700k during flower, about a 70/30 split).
