Would this be the ideal light for veg state?

It dosn't say florecent on it anywhere so its confusing me.

thats a cfl(compact florecent light) works fine for growing just get some more

how many more? i heard 42 was good for one plant to Veg then 100-150 for flowering

You can never have enough light.

I'd get like 4 of them for 1 plant, but thats just me.

after alot of reading it seems my light (2700L) would be better for flowering, where as i would need a higher lumens (6700) for the veg state?

if you have to do cfl get at least this one 200 Watt FLUORESCENT PLANT GROW LIGHT CFL BULB T5 w mh - (item 260143194894 end time Aug-06-07 21:00:00 PDT)

i think thats overkill my dude, i been doing lots of reading and im only trying to grow one plant at a time.

lol Thats about minimum for flowering though the one you show will not be enough to get even 1/2 oz from the plant and will take upwards of 10 weeks flower to get that
