Sure. Looks fine to me. I would use that or FF light warrior.

dude that soil would be good for starting seeds....maybe seedlings....it doesn't have much in the way of nutrition so if you plan of on feeding it would probably be fine
depending on where you are you can find good soil at your local garden store for a lot cheaper
