Would these lights work good?

yeap...those are some pretty badass CFL's...yes they would work good

Work for what? Yes, they'll work for flowering some plants under, and you can even achieve some decent results with CFL's like those...But you have to replace them often, gotta keep the plants on the smaller side, and keep the bulbs close...

Will the work? yes

Will they work good? thats relative, IMO, no, but if you run with only CFL's, then yeah, they'll work good

Yes I own 5 of them and they are awesome. I use them for seedlings and side lighting. They are very efficient and super bright. They are huge though.
