Would Small In-direct Light leaks Interupt Flowering?

I cant say its a good thing but as long as light is not getting in during the off stage you should be fine.

i say it's bs, if moonlight would hermie a plant, no plant would grow outdoors.. i have light in my grow, and no hermies what so ever, i think this is greatly exagarated..

Negative, I grew my indoor Jock horror under cfls in a container with partial open top and bottom just had walls with mirror tint and it turned out fine. I had my mother plant growing indoors in same room as well under 3 4' dual bulb cfls on a 16/8 schedule, and it never gave me any problems. I cant speak for the HPS or MH growers as I dont have that setup but mine grew fine.

i agree with ur theory.....but i have seen it pretty bright in different countries...and after all all moon light is is reflected sun light i can see it makin a diff in their areas like they say

but in case of average joe ur right....dont worry about it...

I think it's extremely exaggerated as well. I went into my flower room after I heard a noise late at night, and I was surprised to see some light leaking in. It reminded me of moonlight from the veg room. The plant was 2 weeks into flowering. Now it's 6 weeks in and it's looking awesome, no hermie action in sight. No light at all would be great, but a tiny bit cannot hurt the plant. I just don't believe it.

lol...forget i said anything....everyone thinks the whole world looks like their bedroom window.....u can have a lil....but mark my words...keep it minimal during off hrs....

I also think it is highly exaggerated but you should still try to seal it up, there is no proof of this so you shouldn't rely on it, after all we are growing in different conditions than the outdoors, so just don't be lazy and seal it all the way. If you find that is very difficult to keep out tiny leaks, you should be fine, I just wouldn't make it a habit.

straight up all - every strain and batch of seeds will be react different to light sensitivity - hermies happen and light leaks can do it, or at least contribute to it along with a few other stress factors.
Why take a chance? Seal up the room and grow seed free!
