Would like some opinions on the best organic nutes for hydro/ aeroponic grows

Hello to all my fellow R.I.U. friends. I am starting a grow here in a month or so and I am going to go either with a hydro or aero set up. I am a complete newbie in the sense that I briefly had a grow in soil about 16 years ago with 24 girls from bag seeds that never came to fruition b/c of haters and the law enforcement community. Other than that, after being in some legal trouble stemming from said grow, I never tried again until now. I like to research everything so I can figure out overhead, materials, strains, etc.which is why I absolutely love this site!!! I have selected four strains to start off with which are: Barneys Farm- Tangerine Dream; A.m.s.- Carmelicious & N.Y.P.D.; D.n.a. Genetics- Chocolope. My question is what are the best organic nutes to use for water mediums? Any advice that anyone might be able to give me in regards to this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance! :leaf: Many Happy Tokes:bigjoint:

not saying it cant be done, but oraganic hydro is very difficult...esp for a newby
i would suggest coco first.
get your og coco growing dialed in, then try hydro

i tried OG hydro (DWC, Aeroponics, flood and drain) 3x and failed...wasting about hundreds $ on equipment and nutrients, only to switch to coco/perlite mix.
and now i am inlove with coc/perlite as a medium.

good luck
there is a great HT article about only using fresh water in a flood and drain system and top feeding nutrients
it explains how the shallow hairy roots take in more food while the long tap roots take in mostly water..

DON'T DO ORGANICS IN HYDRO. really don't its asking for trouble. your going to need to change the rez every week religiously or you'll have root rot, and the stuff just plain doesn't mix very well. Use the GH 3 part and some kool bloom, it's been working for years and years for most people.

Thanks for the advice oldschool! Seeing as I am putting a good chunk of funds into this i'd hate to have it all go for nothing.

Thanks HM, I was looking into three part system. Just wondered if I could use the 3 part stand alone or should I try additives during the different cycles as well such as kool bloom, GeneralHyrdoponic's: Bio root, Bio thrive, Bio weed, Bio bud,Etc.
