Would a nute that's 24-8-18 work for flowering?

Too high in nitrogen, use something like 10-20-20 or 3-10-10 anything with a lower first number is good.

Anything with numbers over about 16 anywhere in it, I stay away from personally. But yea....what Hodge said.

Ive used a similar fert, it was really strong so I just diluted it a lot, I mean A LOT. But it will work. I imagine its not organic with those high numbers

All that Nitrogen the plant will be focused on growth not flower.

no my friend. you need the middle number to be higher for floweing and even then no 24.
