Worse day ever!! Bud rot confirmed help

my worst fear is now confirmed, my beautiful nugs have bud rot, i chopped off the infected parts and salvaged what i could , the bad thing is i'm still two weeks away from harvest, should i chop the rest and just make some bho, or let her finish up if possible!


help would be much appreciated !!

nightmare m8, i had bud rot in my top cola once due to bad ventilation, if u have def chopped off all the rot u can see then keep a very close eye on ya nugs and keep em going as long as u can. make sure u check right in the middle of ya nugs cos it rots inside out:( first signs will be brown shade leaves browning at the bud end first. did u lose much?

lost 3 out of 6 tops:sad:.. the rest looks ok for now

Are you growing outside?
I've read that those mould spores spread easily. If they are outside in pots, IMO I would get the three that are still healty AWAY from the other plants.

i'm growing outside, i'm near the ocean and the humidity the last 2 weeks has been over 80%, it is only one plant, 3 out of 6 cola tops had the rot, should i even let the rest finish.

Oh crap! 80% humidity? Humidity should be somewhere around 40% or less when budding (especially those nice dense nugs). Maybe next grow you can find a spot in your house? At least you will be able to control the humidity that way.

%80 is pretty high, i would consider getting it early, im not sure but some people say you can water cure moldy buds.

Yea, I got a friend in Santa Cruz.
They look portable, any way to take them indoors to finish?
I took a good look at one of your bud picture and it look like you got cloudy trichs.

If you were to take them now they would dry/cure to good smoke.

If you can wait you will get maybe 25% more if you are on west coast.
Maybe clear the area and get more air to them,
Maybe get a light on them to dry them IDK

thanks for the advice, i'm gonna try to let her go a little longer.

i really could use that rope right now and hang myself, but i'd rather salvage what i can and make bho and eat chips and salsa:eyesmoke::roll:
 
last year it was time to harvest and about a three day rain hit. mine started to mold i separated the buds and cut all the fan leaves off. watched closely and trimmed all mold.
 
its deffinetly spider mites. look at the white dots on the leaves. and the web on that first nug. look on the bottom of the leaves for tiny azz spiders.

your right kush smoka i did have spider mites and i fought them the whole flowering phase, anyways i decided to harvest early, i hopefully will get some quality smoke, all the trichs were cloudy and sparsely amber, if not than the bho tube they go but whatever that's lifebongsmilie
