worm farming information

i just started a worm farm ( in a plastic box) yesterday and i have some qustions

what can I do about smal ants without hurting the worms?

can i pour V8 juise on the soil to help it ?

thats it but im open to suggestions on things other to help

Freeze everything you put in there for 24 hours. Bugs come home on your food and they hatch in your compost.

Lots of bugs in your compost is a good sign. It should be like a little eco system. Remember, the worms aren't eating the food scraps, they're eating the micro organisims that are eating the food scraps.

Make sure that your ratio of browns to greens is even. Leaves and paper are a must!!!

I am an exterminator and I also have a worm bin. I would suggest buying ant traps.
