Wondering why my leaves look like this................

I have been vegging for about 2 1/2 weeks in these red cups from clones and I'm getting these leaves that are looking like this............any ideas why? water is ph at 6.3- 6.5.......happy frog soil......temp is high at 75 and low is 68 humidity is at around 53-49..........lighting is t5 8tube...... also i notice some light dots on some leaves.......i tried to take a pic of it....but you can see it if you look hard.......

They need to be fed. Most of the problems look like Phosphorus deficiency but you should give them an all-around fertilizer mix. The pH of the soil is more important than the pH of the liquids you give them. Be sure to monitor the soil pH. Most potting soils should be at pH 6.5.
 
Looks like mostly bottom leaves -- In my experience, it's perfectly normal for "original" bottom leaves to die at the bottom of cloned cuttings.
