Wisconsin Growing Laws

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a number of plants that would give you a felony vs a misdemeanor, I'm looking just to grow some plants for myself, but depending on how much bud I get, I might want like 10 plants, i've heard after 5 it's a felony. Also, how much bud do you usually get out of 1 normal plant, a medium yielding healthy plant.
