wiring ventilation fans

I recently picked up 2 6" in-line duct fans from home depot. They are just the fan with 3 wires coming out but I am unsure of how to wire it or what to wire it to. Does anyone know what to do or have any advice?

Their intended to be wired into your existing electrical circuit but you could put a plug on it. What was you planning to do with it?
 
The fans are supposed to be used for pulling fresh air in and putting old air out. This is what the fan currently looks like.

white + ,black -, green ground

instead of using one as intake just cut a hole and the air is gonna get inside because of negative pressure, that way you use 1/2 electricity with just an exhaust fan, or u can put bothas exhaust if the temp is not cool enough... my ponit is that u dont need fans to bring air in the grow room.

Thanks for the help, but the problem I am worried about is that my grow room is a GrowLab tent and it is in my room which is normally below 70 degrees so I was thinking I was going to have to pull air into it and not use the air in my room.
 
I dont get the issue, the room the tent is in below 70 and thats not cool enough to go through the tent...........Don't overthink to hard.......

I know it won't go through the tent but if I only use fans to push air out and leave a vent open for air to be sucked in by the air getting pulled out, won't the temperature be to low in my room to use the air in my room. Sorry if I am over thinking this.

No the temperature is going to increase slowly the longer your lights run. For example you'll pull 70f air in, it's heated by the light, and exhausted back into the room at 80f. Over time your room will reach 80f if not cooled itself, thus not cooling the light as efficiently, and becoming a heater instead of a cooling solution. You need to always be bringing in cooler air.

Now back to the question at hand.... you're probably wanting to just plug those into the wall. So buy yourself a drop cod from the hardware store cut the female end off and wire your fan leads to that. You'll want to tie everything together with inline crimps and and then wrap it with electrical tape or heatshrink.
