Wiring a board to fuse box??

I want to wire a board to my fuse box for 8 lights and fan,
Im unsure what size fuse/rcd i will need to wire it to and what size wire to use...

Any help be great..

That looks like 5kW with the fan.
A 240v service will use just over 20A with everything running.
Because you're running a continuous load, I would derate the circuit by 1/3 so a 30A circuit would be needed.
10ga wire from the breaker to the board should work.

Thanks For the help i will get a picture of the fuse box so i can get the right breaker for it
 
You didn't mention what you're using for lighting, but you may need to divide the load with separate timers for 1/2 of the lights when the ballasts/drivers turn on.
Look at inrush current demands of your fixtures.
Firing up that load simultaneously could cause the magnetic interrupter in the breaker to trip.
 
I would be using 8x600w hps and a 12" extraction fan in the board, here is the fuse box
