S SimplyM1tch Member Mar 15, 2011 #3 large styrofoam board cut to fit in the window frame, I don't black it out but the miniblinds are in front of it so it looks "normal" plywood works really well too but for me the styrofoam is ez to cut and lightweight

puffntuff Well-Known Member Mar 15, 2011 #5 they sell black out curtains thats what i use. i just fold em up a couple times and tape them to the frame no light leak whatsoever.
