Window ac help

Hi all. I’m trying to find a window ac here in the uk for my sealed room. I’ve only found one in my price range. I’m juts a bit skeptical as to whether it works the same as the American ones like frigid aire etc. Could anyone give me an insight from the pics provided ? Thanks

and a sealed room must never be vented
if your ac exchange air with outside you will lose the co2 and the cool air .. big waste

Yea man i know, and lost window acs use the air from the room don’t they ? Hoping this one does too looks like it works the same
 
looks like this one do not exchange air with outside

dont you have somewhere to put the outdoor unit of a minisplit ?
