window a/c unit ?

I came home this afternoon from being out all night and I come to find out that my window a/c unit froze up at some point. I thawed it out and now when it is running it sounds as though there is water trapped in it somewhere.

does this sound like a bad thing or will it all just eventually evaporate/be conditioned by the air conditioner?

If it's freezing up you may want to consider upgrading to a higher BTU unit so you won't have to push it so hard.
