Wind Burn or Nute problem? or something more sinister??

Hello community! I have some plants in the early stage of the Vegetative cycle, about 6 weeks from sprouting. I am only having trouble with one plant and one more may be showing early signs of something else.

A little about what my set up is like. I am working with soil (FFOF). I started from seed, variations from years of careful collecting and one variety pack of seeds from a dispensary. I am growing in a closet. This closet is probably better suited as a nursery for clones and seedlings, but necessity is the mother of invention. I am currently in 1 Gallon pots. I am using Ph balanced water from the tap 6.0-6.5. I water a little at a time more often. Say: I water on Monday (1 Qt per plant), I water again Wednesday (1Qt/Plant), and fertilize Sunday("/"). For fertilizer I am using the high end of the "General feeding" of Fox Farm-Grow BIG (3tsp/Gal.) I am also considering adding in or starting an alternating regimen of FF's Big Bloom, which would provide an easy transition to these nutes when going into flower and the added vegetative benefit of slightly more Potassium(Suggestions??). My Temps are 76-78'F Day, 69-72'F Night. Humidity relatively low 30%-40%.

I have 1(one): 18" Fluorescent Grow light (awl-mart): 1(one): 12" Fluorescent kitchen light (warm white)(Target), 1(one): Compact Fluorescent (60W), 1(one): Black light (60W), 1(one) Box fan (square, non-moving; I know I "should" have an oscillating fan but again working in a closet with limited floor space and limited money for resources. I'm pretty sure my problems are coming from this fan and I've recently covered the center section of the protective grill, the part of the fan that was really pounding the plants.) I have the 2 tube fluorescent lights set on a timer for 18/6 and I use the 2 60w lights to simulate higher light and UV levels in the afternoon they are running about 7 hours/day. There is about 1/2" to 3/4" of sand in the top of the pots (in hopes of staving off fungus gnats, which have just appeared in the last 4-5 days.). When I transplanted into the 1 gal. pots I added 1Tb of Blood Meal to each pot to increase Nitrogen. I want to remind readers this is just starting veg, I have a totally different, more legit set-up for flower. So please don't hate! lol.

Both problem plants are effected on old growth on the first sets of true leaves. The "Burn" doesn't look like any of the photos on the "Plant Abuse Chart", could be Manganese deficiency, possibly Potassium; BUT, its not affecting new growth and its not in flower! The leaves are yellowing in an un-uniform pattern, kind of like Camo. Necrotizing to brown spots. The tips of the leaves droop down and brown- surpassing yellowing all together. The most affected plant looks like a Sativa, with thin finger-y leaves. Although about 3 weeks ago noticed some purple striping in the main stalk, just between 2 nodes.?(phosphorus)??? All of the 4 plants that I am growing are showing some ruffling upward on the razor edges, any ideas on this? I've heard that ruffling is either due to heat or low humidity. I'm trying to gently keep the humidity a little higher with a small open container with sand and water inside it.

This is my first grow and I might be over reacting to a small issue but I want to be an effective and attentive daddy to these girls! Anyways, thanks for reading and I hope I have been thorough enough and provided enough information. Hope to get some good suggestions and maybe this will answer someone else's questions too! Peace!

Are the affected leafs closest to the light? If not, I don't think it's a heat burn, and it is too localized to be a wind burn.
You might as well get rid of the black light, I checked and did some reading since I have one also, and they don't do anything worth the electricity for the plants.
Do you have any of those bulbs mentioning the Kelvin rating? You want at least 5000k for veg.
Can you take some pics of the whole plant?

No the affected leaves are the ones furthest away from the light. I'm also very careful not to splash nutrient water on the delicate lower leaves. And, Yes I will be posting more pics as things progress. Kind of just wanted to get this up to get some responses and that's why I just posted photos of the afflicted foliage. I looked up the kelvin color rating for tubular fluorescent is right at 5000k, so that seems good... I would agree that the little black light is ineffective but I still want my plants to get some UV light and the good veg blue light, thinking about getting a tubular one with higher wattage and seeing what that does. I just read an article about the benefits of UV so we'll see. Thanks for the input though! Happy harvests!

OK, and good deal with watching your 'splash'!
I'm subbed, and awaiting further pics, that I may be able to assist, but those are probably bugs of some sort by the looks of the way it's been nibbled on.
If you have a real good magnifying glass, or better yet a scope or loupe like you use to look at trichs, check under your leaves really well in good light.
If you need links for some neat scopes, let me know.

This is the fan that I'm working with, IK ghetto. But the plants already seem much happier not being pounded by the full force of the fan. Its also angled obtusely so I think this should work, it's about 3 feet +/- from the shelf and is on the lowest setting. This also shows my "afternoon lighting" setup. I only use those lights 7 hours of the day.

This is a different plant from the same garden, I just noticed while taking this picture, some small spot burns on the large leaves. Notice the ruffling razor edges. Overall looking good I think.

As requested here is a shot of the subject in question. Notice the purple vertical striations between the 1st set of 3(leaves) and the 2nd. Also ruffled edges, both new and old growth; and, if you look closely can still see the camo effect on the bottom set of 3. The apex (very top) looks a little weird because I attempted a FIM.

This is another plant having an issue, I think maybe too early to tell right now, could just be natural loss of 1st true(razor) leaf. It's browning at the tip only, curling down, and feels moist almost slimy. I'll see what you fine people think.

This is another plant from the garden not really having big troubles, this is the only one I know for certain its genetics, "she"-(fingers crossed) is an Afgooey. Notice the margins are slightly deformed? This happened bi-laterally (on both sides) Slight ruffling again. She seems really healthy though, no spotting or discolorations. Anyone with specific knowledge of Afgooey plants would be greatly appreciated.

Now looking at these issues with all the plants, big picture, I think It's not the fan but possibly an over fertilizing issue, I think I got lucky and caught it early; but WHO KNOWS!! Being my first grow I would not rule that out. I just hope it turns out as dank as the smoke these little gals came from. Any info on any of these issues would be appreciated.

Sorry man, but your links are not working.
The only ones showing are the last 3 with the lanky one from 'outside' and the fan.
Anyway, the one from 'outside' wants more light but looks decent.
IDK if it's the light from your flash or what, but if the leafs on the right side are actually light green like they appear, give her some food.

I think it is the flash that's making them look so pale green. They're coming up on a feeding soon too so maybe that's what you're seeing.

Man, are you a perfectionist or what?
I don't see anything in those pics to worry about, except for the lanky ones wanting more light.
Try to get more light around and closer to her.
I think you're doing a fine job, especially if this is your first grow.
