Wilting leaves---HELP :(

alright so im growing my one plant, its under one 70 watt cfl bulb. i dont think that my lighting is the problem because it has been flourishing but recently i bought plant food and put just a tiny bit in with some water.
later that night all my leaves began to wilt and i was just wondering, would this be from over watering? considering i watered it two days in a row (one day without plant food and the next day with it)

Sounds like your over watering them? You def want to them the medium dry out between waterings. what type of food did you use and what are the npk levels in the food?

plant food (like miracle grow) is death. 1 lightbulb wont really cut it and if it does your plant will look un-even. they wilt up for many reasons, are they wet? dry? discolored? know what the ph is of the soil and water? . hard to tell w/out a picture.

but im guessing the nk is 20-30-20
its hard to ask at a local home and garden centre about weed plants lmao
but i dont think its nute burn because none of the leaves are brown
