mira-grow,,, outdoor at first, weather made me move inside, and im usin a shop light with a white finish. have a hps but i was told i could use this light. water is always distilled
 
Who ever told you that you could use a shop light lied to you! Lol! Yeah man, you blew it. Try try again. Lol! Distilled water was the only good thing I read. Lol! Lol! Sorry if I seem harsh, I just love newbies.
 
LOL the things i did right were length of light on, air filtering and fan system, the sorting the males through helped a lil too... but i like your critisism. learn from your mistakes... thanks again.

Those are bold words for someone with 65 posts...

Don't harvest now. Wait until about half to two-thirds of your stigmas (white hairs) turn orangeish-red.
 
Try makin hash! By the time it dries, there won't be anything but if its crystally, you can get some descent hash. Lol! Do you have a 30x microscope? With that, you can look at the crystals. That'll let you know if you should harvest or not.

I don't think my posts make me any better or worse at growing. I'm pretty good if I must admitt, I just don't spend to much time on the computer. I'm from the streets man! This shit is just for fun. I used to be on advanced nutes forum but they closed it. I stayed away for a while til I found this one. Watch your mouth though!:fire:
 
Thanks scranny, and yea i do, im takin a look, there all brownish orange, the lower buds dont look as defined as tops do.... but i just trimmed the whole lower half of the plant thinkin my only choice was hash.. p.s. why do you think the buds didnt get bigger even bein femal... i know its in the genes of the plant, but i guess this light stunted it.

You can use a shop light, just don't expect any more than a few grams id you try flowering with it. I use them mainly for seedlings, clones, mothers and only during veg. I'll switch to MH for 2 or 3 weeks before flowering under HPS.
