So i just started germing my seeds that i got from my buddy who got a few plants and i know how to germinate and all that (who dosent  haha),when they all got there little white root im going to plant them in little party cups but i was wondering if i could just water the cup and make everything moist and then when my seed is in just put Cellophane over the top to keep in mouister until they sprout, you think that would work?

I'm not sure I understand which part of that is the question...are you asking if the cellophane idea is okay? If so, then yes, but unnecessary unless the room is very dry. It's more likely to cause problems than to help.

yah it will work fine either way, try it out with some and do some without and see which you like better, everyone has there own ways to grow...

You're making it harder than it is. All I do is soak seeds over night in a glass of water, put the seeds in a wet paper towel, 2 days later put them in cups with wet soil-less mix and perlite, and put them under a cfl.
I use the tall 20 oz. styrofom cups so that the root system is nice and long before I transplant. Easy peasy chicken greasy!
