Will this work as a good fertilizer?

Ok, I'm a new-ish grower and I have virtually no budget. My set up consist if some potting soil, a 3 foot long flourescent light with cool spectra bulbs and some ok seeds I got from my corn dealer. I know it's not the greatest settup for personal grow but it's slowly working. My main question is about what I'm using for fertilizer. I snuck over to a friend of mine's cattle feild and I took a bunch of cow excrement (shit lol) and put it in a big ass zip lock baggie. I've mixed some in with the soil already and I know some of you probobly think I'm nasty but I was wondering wether or not this is a good fertilizer to use for cannabis. My plants are 3 weeks in and have six leaves each with each leave only consisting of 3 leaflets vthey're growing pretty slow compared to my past out door crops and I think the problem lies with the nutrients I'm using.

Since you're not afraid to use cow shit than you'll be happy to know that your own urine works great as plant food. Dilute it 1 part urine to 10 parts water.

It's best to use the early morning stuff and it won't keep for more than 24hrs or the ammonia with build up making it toxic to your plants.

Feed every other or every 3 days with it and you'll love the results.

I hope I am not subjecting myself to a bashing from some closed minded newb for this but I agree and so does NASA. Great stuff but like he said dont leave it around do the biz add water and feed and junk the reast cuz it will go bad in short time.

Lol well thanks you guys this might help. And I'm not afraid to put cow shit in my soil because I smoke cigerettes lol an once you know what chemicals they use for tobacco cow shit and human piss don't sound half bad.

Ive got a few warm spectra cfl's do you think that would help for my light problem?

if you dig in dodo plant in dodo j/k lights the more the better
