Yes. The light will plug into the ballast, then plug the ballast into wall. You are all good. I recommend a power strip though, and a timer.

thanks yea i def need a timer lol i just turn the lights off n on manualy right now with my led grow. would i need an exaust fan or something else to keep the heat down? havent decided were i want it to be yet; garage, or a small storage closet or a bigger clothes closet
