more info on the lamp would be appreciated, but for 1 plant yes if u put the plant in a area with reflectors or tinfoil, that way the excess light rebounds so its like multiple lamps around it.

wow sterma dont give bad advice about shit u dont know about, that crappy cfl setup has 5k lumens and u think it will grow 1-2 plants?

i said it was better than the first, its good just buy 2 6500k bulbs.

It was better than the first one which was an incandescent but I would definitely go with the HPS, that's a great price. It takes a little more effort to mount but it would be well worth it.
