Will this fish tank water pump be enough for a RDWC Unit?

Hi. Will this work without being attached to a pipe or tube? It is 90 GPH if I remember correctly. Twas a gift, would love to be able to save some cash by not wasting this. TIA.

That’s a wavemaker. It’ll just circulate your water, nothing else

Will it be enough to circulate for a four-site RDWC unit?

You can put it in your control reservoir, but you’ll need air stones in each individual bucket as well.


You will still need a pump to circulate through the buckets too
