Will this cold weather kill my plant??

Ive ordered some arjans ultra haze, it says in the northern hemisphere it isnt done flowering till the end of november. Im worried because i live in north carolina, do you think it will die by then or do you think it will live through the whole 14 week flowering? I can pretty much count on it getting to around freezing, since its a big plant do you think itll survive temperatures around 35?? i know if it freezes im fucked, also is there anything i can do to make it go into flowering earlyer

Also i just read that some people were dissapointed with arjans ultra haze 1.. has anyone smoked it? I was surprised to hear this since it won the 06 cannabis cup?

And has anyone tried cholope?
