will this be enough light for two plants?

so i really want to grow using mh/hps, but unfortunately i have to use cfl. I am looking to start two plants and i want to know if this is enough light for two? thanks!!!

Yes, but they sell better ones at walmart. 42W (2700 Lumans) for like 8 dollar.

thanks...how many of the 42w should i get for two and can i both veg and flower with these lights? help is much appreciated

id get about one or two of the 42 watters for each plant. lol sorry for blowing into your converstaion.
