Will this be enough for lighting for my grow wardrobe

That will be sufficient to veg a plant, but you'll want twice that amount to flower a decent yield off a single plant.

Check my sig - I use two of those bulbs for my single-plant grows.
 
if i did it with this light set up would it work? and what yield could i expect from some northern light auto ?
 
Sure, it would work. Your buds won't be particularly dense, though, or big for that matter. If you have space and you can manage the heat output, use as much CFL lighting as you can afford. Using one of those bulbs for anything more than 1 small plant is a mistake, imho.

Expected yield questions are impossible to answer. There are far too many other variables in play. Since this is your first grow, focus on keeping your plant alive and healthy. Your yields will increase with experience.
 
Bro, you can get everything you need at home depot for around $50. a 3 bulb light fixture, y adapters, an extension cord, some chain to hang it with and bulbs. and this what you can end up with in a 2 plant grow. if you need any help, just ask, CD.
