Will They Start Flowering From - 20/4 to 15/9?

Will They Start Flowering From - indoors (20 on 4 off) to outdoors (15 hours 20 minutes of light, increasing slowly) ???

I hope not, I want them to veg more first..

oh forgot to tell you, there a month old indica'ish strain's

flowering starts at 12/12 or under..its just how the plant works dont think they flower like that could be wrong but i think its 12/12 and under...
 
once I had a 3 foot tall plant that was in veg under 24/0 light it was 2 months old.. i put it outside under 16 hour light and it budded right into 17 hour light n finished in july... mine now are only half a foot tall and havnt showed sex yet, so im thinking they will stay in veg ( I HOPE )
