Will these lights work?

Hey guys! Got a new 4x4 tent the other day. Got it all set up and my plants moved in.

I’m waiting on an HLG 550. It’s in China currently.. waiting to be shipped. Got it off Alibaba so I’m not sure how long it will take to get here.
In the mean time I’m running my HLG 100v2, a blurple my buddy gave me (unknown everything), and that double bulb thing.
It’s two 23w normal house led bulbs (100w equivalent). How high above the plants should they be? It’s about 6”-7” right now.
I was using a 100w spotlight but it was dangerously hot and a beam, the light didn’t spread out.
I’m also rotating the plants daily so they each get some of the good light.
Any advice?
Is the light set up okay for now until my 550 gets here?

I got a blurple kingsled 1000w I grew out some dwarf autos under and it disappointed me. Low yield and loose airy buds. I use it for veg only now. 30-50w per sq.ft is in reality gonna getcha where you wanna be. That's actual at the wall watts, Not equivalent wattage. I found out quickly that HID (hps/mh) style lighting is where it's at. Now with that being said there are good led sets out there but they come with the associated price tag too. The hid systems are much cheaper to buy. I paid around $180 for a complete hid kit with 600w hps and mh bulbs air cooled hood, and ballast. That kingsled was $140 roughly and only pulls 190w at the wall. That's a total of 11.875 watts per sq.ft. which is even too low for veg and the core lighting area is small as well.

As far as height goes, I'd lean to a minimum of 12"

I have my LED panel and blurple both at about 18” above the canopy. Wall watts are 97-103 for the HLG, and I don’t know the watts on the blurple. I’m assuming 30-50 from the wall?
The two smaller dangling LED bulbs are 6” away. They’re each 23w.

So I’m sitting at.. 199w. That’s 12w/sqft.

I am awaiting a Meiju 480w qb. Basically an hlg 550. That’ll put me at 30w/sqft exactly. Should be here in.. I’m hoping 1-2 weeks.

In the mean time you think this weird set up will work?

Well if it's in China it's not a real HLG light.

Itll keep em alive, I wouldnt expect crazy growth tho. Coming from china 1-2 weeks is pretty optimistic imo. I've used a fair amount of vivosun's products so far and they work great imo. Best I can tell they're based in California.

Same diodes and driver. it was on alibaba for $350 instead of $800 for the real HLG.
Thought it was easier to say the 550 cause more people would know what it is
