I'm on the fence about this one and would like to hear arguments on both sides. It does seem like Trump will have legal trouble for the rest of his life if he's not pardoned. Can he even pardon himself?
He can't pardon himself because he can't be charged, much less convicted while serving as President.Or will Donald face criminal indictment on multiple charges of felony obstruction of justice?

let God forgive him because I can not.We should forgive him
after he's hanged
Interesting argument. I'm still on the fence on this one and have not yet made up my mind. I'd like to hear logical arguments on both sides. He can't pardon himself because he can't be charged, much less convicted while serving as President.
Personally, I think he shouldn't be pardoned by the newly sworn in President Biden. I think Trump has done so much harm to the institution of President by blatantly committing crimes in full view, probably the tip of the iceberg, that a clear precedent should be made of him.

Does @Padawanbater2 even plan to vote against Trump when Bernie loses?
@Padawanbater2 has been asked this question before, but he never answers. Strange.Does @Padawanbater2 even plan to vote against Trump when Bernie loses?
So you're saying that you do not think he will be pardoned? We should forgive him

I'm on the fence about this one but I'd like to hear logical arguments from both sides. He seems to have broken laws. Has has to stand trial.
I'm still on the fence about this one but I'd like to hear logical arguments from both sides. No pardon for Donald, Pence won't do it and if he won't, nobody will
Well Abandon, the logic and reason are to be found in the legal community, as facts and data are found in the scientific community. There is going to be strong emotional and political factors built into this question as well as logical ones. It's basically a problem of predicting which way the snake will squirm to try and get out of the trap, so if ya want to look at it logically let's look at the options he has availableI'm still on the fence about this one but I'd like to hear logical arguments from both sides.
