any teeth whitening effects tooth enamel, but i would suggest talking to your dentist, we arent dentists on here.
one tooth whitening procedure wont do much harm, but the dentist will see if your teeth are even able to handle it

tooth enamel wears off from general wear a tear along with smoke, alcohol, acidic foods etc.

make sure you practice good oral hygiene, floss everyday brush twice a day and use mouth wash

Hi.. I smoke marijuana and sometimes mix it in edibles. My teeth is stained and yellowish. My friend suggested a teeth whitening procedure in a dental clinic (Margolian Dentistry). But I can't quit smoking. Is there any other home remedies for keeping my teeth always white? Or should I do this teeth whitening every now and then? Will it affect my teeth enamel?
My dental hygienist highly recommends this at-home product, but I've never used it.

I have heard it does effect enamel, but i agree with Sunni ^^ so does everything, alcohol, soda, food etc. so take if you generally take card of your teeth and don't eat/drink loads of crap you should be fine.

I drink lots of coffee.... Well not lots but every single day. My teeth aren't really yellow, I brush daily with a whitening toothpaste and I use prescription toothpaste (I have a natrually weak enamel, cards I was dealt... Nothing I can do but treat it) I say you should just talk to your dentist, they can whiten your teeth and make sure your not doing any harm
