Will prunning lengthen veggie stage?

I'm going to be growing Strawberry Cough and i would like to know if should i prune it? And if i should, how do i do it properly?

Yes, and no.

Typically "pruning" is done to keep plants small, however pruning techniques can be used on plants in veg to increase the yield of a harvest by forcing the plant to redirect energies.

Take care when pruning however, trimming biomass will reduce harvest. As Jakabok Botch pointed out, more foliage will produce more buds. It is the leaves which grow the buds.

Look into pinching, topping and fimming for techniques that can increase yield. However, when using these techniques the plants will need additional time to recover and take advantage of manipulations.

So, should you prune? If you're willing to give the girls a longer veg period to compensate for the loss in biomass, proper pruning will encourage a bigger yield.

How much are we taking in %?
SC yield 400/m2. So with prunning, i can expect 500/m2, 600/m2, more?
So far, i don't mind another 10 days in vegie for bigger yield.

dude dont prune ok. cutting off the solar panels is not good. "but more light to lower shoots blah bah" its about as useful as shaving you skin so that your unexposed skin can grow back. you'll only be losing progress this way
