Will my seedlings get burned???

I have six seedlings with two desk fans and I'm wondering if they will get burned under 4 40 watt cfls & 6 23 watt cfls it's about 3.5 inch's from them and will this be enough light for out the rest of my grow it's a total of 19,400 lumens.

No they will not get burned I use a 1000 watt for my babies and they grow just fine and if you can get more light the better ur harvest will be

Not enough light for 6 once they get any real size. Consider a single 125 watt CFL with a hood reflector to increase lumens and square footage. Bare minimum. Would need more or HID for full flowering.
