Will my light setup be sufficient

I am doing a small closet grow with 3 plants. I do not plan on investing a terribly large amount of money in it as this is just kind of a small project im trying. So far I have 2 40 watt cfls , and 2 32 watt cfls. The 40 watts are hanging directly above the 3 plants and the 2 30 watts are coming from the side. Will this be a decent enough setup for now, until I can afford to spend some more money in a week or two.

Currently my plants are like 4 days old, and are like an inch and a half tall, with 4 leaves coming off each. Thanks in advance for reading this.

3 plants.. hmmm MORE LIGHT and specialy in flowering state
i recom u to buy 150-250w hps light system.

150-250w hps is not so expensive light if u think what u can get with those lights!
15-20£ 20-30€ 20-30$

and how tiny or how big ur closet is ?

Well two plants, and the third, well to me it looks like shes wearing a helmet. What I mean by that is that the seed is stuck on her head and has been like this since she sprouted a few days ago. Should I remove the seed or will it fall of naturally.

Umm as for the size of the closet, im estimating 2 and a half feet, by 3 feet, approximately and like 8 feet tall if it matters.

Edit - Heres a picture of one of the ones without the seed on her head. Sorry the quality is so bad its a camera phone

Id rather be able to stick to only cfls throughout the whole process if possible, although if the plants begin looking very nice im sure i can be persuaded into looking into hps lights

EDIT - Im also confused as to how often I should be watering them at this point.

at 4 days that is enough light but i would get as much more light in their as you can afford so long as your space doesnt get too hot. If you can't get much more light than this I suggest you drop to just one plant or atleast drop to 2 you may actually yield more that way and your buds will be much more dense and resinous. With only that much light on 3 plants you will get a very low yield with fluffy popcorn buds, make sure to get more light before you go to flowering if you do decide to stay with the 3 plans. Also spend a few bucks on some decent nutes, your plants will thank you for it.

oh and yes, I would carefully remove the seed shell if the plant is a few days above ground and hasn't dropped it yet. It shouldn't really effect your plant too much either way though.

ok, well I dont wanna get all to many lights, so it seems like maybe I should stick with the 2 plants that have leaves already and dump the one that has a seed helmet still. Within a week or two, I plan to add 2 more 40 watt cfls, bringing my total to -

4 - 40 watt cfls
2 - 32 watt cfls

A new thing I have noticed throughout today
on one of the plants, the two leaves that are serrated, are starting to point upwards, I have read that this means they need more light.

Here is the plant pointing up

I watered them once yesterday when I replanted them into their 5 inch pots, but I am unsure of as to how often I need to water.

i would probably keep all three for now until you find out sexes, otherwise there is a possibility that you are trashing your only female (that would really suck). once you find out how many are females then you can take your best one or two females and just flower them.

ok sounds good, i was able to remove the seed helmet off the third plant, and it looks as if it will be ok and has a few compact leaves beggining to poke out. Perhaps in a few days I will began taking some pictures with a digital camera so that I can get help easier.

I should also probably mention that, after I germinated the seeds they were planted in a small peat moss pot thing, and then I put that on the window sill for about 5 days before I got my lights set up. So my plants have really only had this much light since last night. Should I expect a lot of growth in the next few days?
