Will it make it???

Ok so I am doing some OG Kush right now and they are doing great. I got some fem White Widow seeds from nirvana that I was going to save but I got to impatient so I germed two to add to the family hahaha. Ok so heres the problem: Out of the two the both sprouted. I took the biggest seed and the only one that had some tiger stripes on it too. Ok so they both germed and I put the in FFOF under some CFLs. Ok so the big one sprouted and has its leaves already but the other has been out of the ground for a day and a half....ive got some pics to help. It looks like the leaves are all rolled up tight......ohhh and they both went in the ground on the 26th. I just dont know if I should give it some more time or jsut germ another one quick

Yeah, when you are talking about changing things with plants, you have to allow them at least a week or so to really show you what they are going to do. They won't always make giant changes day to day.
