please consider I've turned my tent drying space into a large super controlled jar is all. jarring up wet cabbage is called fermentation. I dont ferment my herbs unless making wine with them. maintaining ideal drying conditions is easy once you have the controls in place. no controls? use a smaller space, like a tupperware or glass jar I guess, could never find one that fit a dehuey, ac, basebaord heat inside though.
