Yeah I understand and that wet stuff is a pain. We average probably close to only 80”. Its so cold here the U of M closed. Don’t remember when the last time they closed the university. -55 with windchill
Will electric snow blower work well in New England winter?

I know right, unbelievable cold! I've got people in Chicago and North Dakota that are going to be -25° and -35° below zero, respectively, actual temperature, it's unbelievable?!
We're supposed to be 4 above which I suppose is par for deep January

Yeah currently sitting at a balmy -22, actual temperature.

we have had over 10ft here last 2 yrs in a row.dont think we will come close this yr only 3 ft so far

this is a easy choice
if u are a major area with alot of ppl (power goes out they are the first to get it back ....rich ppl..hospitals...gas stations....police stations/jails....person with medical condisitons)
then a electric unit would work for u as long as under 18 inch and not wet snow
if u are in a area where u are lower on the list or u get more then 18 inches at a time a gas powered one will do better for u
have used both in maryland ( the electrical one was fine for most of the storms untill about 5 years ago then it change the snow got deeper and wetter so had to move to a big boy snow blower with auto drive that could handle 24 inch of snow with a ice crust) ....my mother was medical and we had a dairy farm and several cops so our road was one of the first plowed by the state due to those factors
