I was not aware I had auto flower plants and I had them under three high out put 59 wtt hydro farm lights sets each with a 2ft. tube. my question is when they showed flowering signs I put them under 1000wtt light, will this affect the results in the end?

No as your meant too increase light as the plant develops, i start my plants under a 100 watt of LEDS and bump it up too 200 watts when my plants roughly 4 weeks old

looking good so far...I topped them three times each.... little nutes, 20 hrs. lights on......average temp. 75-81

Oops...You don't want to top autos usually, they can't recover like photo plants. They are always on a countdown clock, any stress will reduce yields typically..

auto grow cycle

week 1 - germination /seedling stages
weeks 2-3 vegation stage
weeks - 4-8 (10) flower stage Hope this helps - see you are using the 20/4 light cycle
