will buds grow?

If I cut off a couple leaves that have a powdery mildew problem will the buds still grow? I only have about 3 weeks left and am getting worried about the pm getting on the buds.

If the leaves are bothering you so much go for it, I can't see you doing much harm if it's only a few leaves.. and you're pretty late in flower too.
