The point is that no smoking ordnances should not be forced upon owners of businesses if they choose to allow smoking.
If smoking is allowed in an establishment don't go in there med.

That's a hard concept for folks like Med to swallow, Dank. They don't believe in the sanctity of private property.

Believe me, I stay as far away from smoke as I possibly can. I've already shortened my life way too much. If I saw a smoking only sign I'd turn and run out the door. They've just started an ordinance in Vegas, No smoking in establishments that serve food,(thank God) like Bars. From what I've heard, people are ignoring the law. I stopped going to Bars 20 years ago, although every once in a while I used to go to this one as they had the best Hamburgers on earth. The smell of smoke was overwhelmed by the smell of greasy hamburgers cooking. The law supposedly would shut down lots of small bars w/food service, so we'll have to see where that goes, But let me say this, It's not that hard to quit, it's 99% in your head, and if you tell your head to stop thinking about it and mean it, it will! And as far as the dick, Vi and his private property sanctity bullshit, I own some private property and thou shall not take it from me, unless your gun is bigger than my gun! BTW the governments gun is pretty big.
