Will added minerals to RO water affect germination

Title says it all ,
Obviously I don’t want to ruin my expensive seeds. I’m not a complete noob but I want some information since I’ve never used RO water.
I bought this stuff called life water it’s the only one I could find at my store
It has added magnesium sulfate and potassium bicarbonate will this affect my seed germination?
Ps. I also have well water at home which has a medium hardness level (as in medium amount of minerals in it) also I would put the seeds in water for a few hours to overnight and then transplant them whether popped or not to rapid rooters under a cool blue T5 light

What is the PH of your water and PPM?
Well water really doesn't really matter, just bring your PH and PPM to acceptable ranges (5.8-6.3 PH and about 1000 PPM works)
That's it

Im guessing this involves paper towels..... :-)
No, forgot to mention my method for doing it, basically I would soak the seeds for a few hours to overnight and then put them in rapid rooters under a T5 fluorescent
I Don’t want to use the paper Paper towel method this time

The PPM is usually around 100 and the pH is always at 6.5
Honeslty the well water worked fine for germination last time I just am at that place where I’m restarting my whole thing and I don’t wanna fuck up from the beginning
