Will a 125W CFL lamp do for 3 plants in a wardrobe?

I'm converting a 6ft high wardrobe into a grow chamber for 2 or 3 plants

Don't want to get HPS lamps though, so I plan to spend £40 on one of these kits with a blue spectrum bulb and also £20 on an extra red spectrum bulb for flowering phase.

GroWell > CFL Hobby Reflector




This will give me 125W of colour-specific light with little heat produced.

Will that be enough do you think?
