This has been my worst experience so far when it comes to buying seeds.
I bought some threw the website, and got an email saying my order had been processed, and that I would get an email in a few days telling me it had shipped. About one week after first getting the first email confirmation, I had not yet received the email telling me it had shipped.
After 6 emails of me asking them if everything was good with my order because it still hadn't shipped; I then get an email from paypal saying I need to pay someone named Daniel through paypal. So I then pay with paypal, and the next day i get an email saying my order has shipped.
To make a long story short. I never got my seeds. Have sent around 14 emails I would say in total now, and never received a response from Wild Hog Seeds in return. Their customer service is a joke, wait there is no customer service.
Ive called the number on the website and it doesn't work. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back through paypal. $107
I was also extremely patient giving them ample opportunity to respond; hence my 14 emails with no response, calling the phone number, leaving contact information including my email etc to resolve the situation, but I finally ran out of patience. My order was placed in the middle of February.
Extremely disappointing.
