wieght issue

when you grow 24 O's is the limit dryed. ive heard this is a combined weight if its also tea's and oils hash ect. so if i make tea and it weighs(water weight) 3 grams this is part of my total? or can i have them in 2 seperate catagories. 24 of dryed herb and tea cakess candies ect dont get fucked with?

not sure but one thing to consider is that if you use an external chemical to extract the THC (some people use alchohol to make hash) it is no longer considered medicine

thats why I like butter and bubblebags... no chemicals needed

Nah, you can have 15 plants (including clones!) 24 ounces of usable dried marijuana bud, leaf, or any other form of usable product, And Stuff like hash and edibles get a bit more tricky because they base it on strength, Because obviously if you have 1 gram of hash oil, its going to be more potent then one gram of bud. Thats how it works, And your not protected under federal law at all. By the way, if you want to max out at the 45 plant limit for being a collective (not a provider, that doesnt work legally) then everyone is equally responsable that signed onto that collective. So if one guy grows to many plants or clones, Or distributes the mmj to patients that are not listed in the collective then everyone gets proscuted!
